'Stayed at the Serai Kabini for just one night but truly enjoyed every minute. Beautiful resort with fantastic, landscaped gardens. Joined both the afternoon as well as the early morning boat safari. As predicted by the ranger, the afternoon safari was fantastic with many elephant sightings. The early morning safari, even though it was beautiful on the river, was less successful in terms of seeing animals. I would recommend to join the afternoon (boat) safari for your best chance to see wild...

'I was a bit sceptical when I made the booking, especially because the reviews I read before I made the booking weren’t very supportive. But from the time we arrived until the time we checked out, we could say that the reviews were totally wrong. We were looked after with genuine warmth, care, and friendliness that made our stay truly amazing. The food was a set menu, which worked out great for us. It was homely and delicious. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure the guests were treated right....

'Weird noise vibrating the entire room and probably the building, did not let me sleep well. It was one of the 2nd worst hotel stay considering I travel worldwide and spend about 30-60 days in all kinds of hotels in all parts of the world. Managent tried to change my room but that did not help much. Sorry but it was not a good experience. Also, the entire building was smelling weird spice smell. '

'Value for money. Good location - 5min away from SGS Ashram. Adjacent to ATM. Opposite to a fruit shop. 2min away from Benne Dosa restaurant which serves great tiffins. Friendly staff. Neat and clean rooms and bathrooms.'

'It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...
