'Not anywhere near Namba and far from train stations if you have luggage. Overpriced for the location, loud trains and nothing really interesting around. We had issues with the Wi-Fi which wa important. We got in late, were unhappy with the area and feel of the building so we booked another place that night. 'It was nice staying in a quiet local neighborhood that was only a quick walk away from Osaka castle. All the staff were amazingly friendly, helpful and spoke English fluently. It was nice to have our own little space for our stay. My only minor complaint is the in suite laundry system is fairly temperamental, make sure to do small even loads and I seemed to have the best luck by running separate cycles for wash and dry.'
