« Lors de notre arrivée, l'hôtel avait donné nos chambres réservées à d'autres et ils n'avaient plus de chambres disponibles.La dame à l'accueil(Sibongile)n'avait aucune envie de nous aider.Elle n'a témoigné aucune empathie, aucune recherche de solution. Nous avons exigé qu'elle tel à la responsable ( Regine Eaton)qui n'a pas daigné nous parler non plus. JAMAIS vu un tel manque de professionnalisme. Hôtel indigne d'apparaître sur un site professionnel.A éviter à tout prix!!! »

« This hotel can do for a stopover, but I would not recommend it for a stay. We stopped in this hotel for one night on our way North. The extensive construction work in the area and the poor lighting made it difficult to find the place. The hotel itself was ok, but nothing special. The room felt old and wasn't set up in a practical way at all. Soundproofing wasn't a strong suit either: we had noisy neighbours and could hear them and their activities quite clearly. « This was a bed and breakfast in a quiet location. The staff helped us get transportation around the area and to the airport which was much appreciated. The entire place was beautiful. We could see a lake outside of our room. It was fulling air-conditioned and they provided a terrific breakfast made to order. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Pas facile d'entrée dans la propriété. Il faut un Code. Normalement donné à la réservation [pas reçu]. Photo passeport, photo permis et numéro de téléphone à donner aux gardiens à l'entrée. Mauvais code pour récupérer les clés dans la boite à chiffre. 2 étages à monter sans ascenseur. Avions qu'y passent au dessus de la résidence et bruits de voiture matinale. Il faut appeler le propriétaire pour avoir le code wifi. Salle de sport correct plus une petite piscine. Assez bien située. Sécurisée. »
