'The property is well-kept and clean. It's very close to the Miyajima ferry gate, the Torri gate, and the shopping streets. The hotel had everything guests needed. I liked the tatami mats on the two floors in two of the rooms, as well as the floor beds. The only thing I could have had was a couple of hooks for hanging clothes in the laundry room next to the bathroom.'

We were in Hagi on the first hot day of the year, and the AC was fast, effective and a lifesaver - in both living and sleeping areas. The location was ideal - walking distance to the core sights and a 5-minute walk to the central welcoming center and an electric bike rental, which was key on a hot day for zipping around the atmospheric streets.
