'Glenburn Coastal Retreat receives the highest possible rating from us. We travel a lot, and this accommodation is among the absolute best we have stayed at. The house is fantastic, and every detail is well thought out. The location by the sea is wonderful.'

'Beautiful apartment. Well appointed. Clean. Very comfortable. Excellent bed. Great location. Only problem was a major storm rolled in while we were there. All activities were closed. You couldn’t get in or out of Kaikoura. So keep an eye on the weather if you go in winter.'

'A great location for views of the mountains and sea. The living area of the house is very spacious. Comfortable beds and ample heating for the colder weather.
Care is needed backing out onto the main road. (Small cars can turn at the top of the drive.)
Hostess was very good at communicating before, during and after our stay. responsive'

'Lovely place with easy access to the beach. Extremely quiet and dark, allowing for great stargazing. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Friendly host who quickly explained everything and was available for questions via text. Would definitely return the next time we’re near Kaikoura. '
