'This is a superb hotel but I think your experience depends very much on the room you choose. The grounds are vast and various accommodation built on a hill, with reception in the beautiful main hotel whilst the restaurant and pool are higher up. 'The lift was broken so the service lift was the only option. However the landing areas were 'behind the scenes' and poor quality. I did not much care for the long black hairs stuck to the walls of the shower from a previous guest. Clearly not a good cleaning regime. The shower has my pet hate. The shower controls are behind the door. You can't use them without being inside it and it is too small to avoid getting the inevitable blast of cold water that is living in the pipes before whatever...

'My 3rd stay here the showers are good the hotel is clean I stayed in room 1 the bed wasn’t as comfortable as the last 2 times and they’ve changed policy check out is now 10 am so for that reason I probably won’t return it’s good for what you pay but 10 am is just. A little too early for me'

'Een hotel ligt aan erg drukke weg, deed geen oog dicht. De foto's deden mij anders vermoeden. Voorts heeft het hotel geen faciliteiten, heb ik geen magnetron aangetroffen op de kamer en was de stoel bij het dressoir ronduit smerig. In het bed kon je de veren voelen, hoewel het comfort liggend wel te doen was. Belangrijk vind ik altijd de douche, lekker wakker worden. De temperatuur was niet goed in te stellen met de twee aparte handles en de vast douchekop hangt ter hoogte van de borst. Douchen...
