'Ok hotel. Limited parking'

'The check-in reception was condescending and patronising, not a good way to greet visitors The toilet was not flushed The view from our room was a brick wall close to our. This meant the room was depressingly dark Would not reocommend or return'

'Could do with some love and care. Probably a nice hotel in the past but not anymore. Lifts didn't work Limited breakfast options'

'Top spot for correct price , Hilton across the road is more expensive for less quality ! '

'Friendly staff, clean room and a great breakfast '

'We stayed 2 nights with our dog during a tour of the Rutland area and further afield. We were really impressed by the hotel - great location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely walks locally, well maintained facilities, lots of spaces for chilling out, lovely food and welcoming of our dog in all locations. We had a lovely stay and this hotel is high on our list for a return, perhaps without our dog so we can use the spa facilities! The only slight negatives were that the room looked a little...

'Good location, friendly staff, decent rooms, good beds, noisy on city side (Saturday)'

'Mooi appartement, goed ontbijt, en lekker gedineerd'

'Ik moest voor een congres in Leicester zijn en besloot hier naar toe te komen. Mooie ligging en goed bereikbaar vanaf M1 en andere uitvalswegen.'

'Lovely staff, and great breakfast'

'Goed voor als je onderweg bent maar weinig te doen dichtbij in de buurt. Keurig netjes, veilig en ruim opgezet vlakbij uitvalswegen. '

'We loved the charm of The Old Pheasant. We stayed in the Rutland Suite and it was very spacious for our family of four. Our teenagers appreciated having their own beds (instead of sharing a double). Supper was delicious and the breakfast included with the stay was dynamite! Wish our schedule had allowed for another night here.'
