« The staff at the hotel were excellent in their professionalism and helpfulness. The facilities were as you’d expect in a budget hotel, providing pyjamas, hair brush, toothbrush and toothpaste, towels, razor, cotton buds, hairdryer etc. The beds were very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel. The only negative is that the decor is dated, but that can add a little something extra to your stay to be honest. Our room, 318, had a great view of Mt Fuji. »

« we spent 6 weeks doing a road trip... stayed at many Ryokans along the way including many of the famous onsen towns. This was the best .. not an easy place to get to but well worth the time and effort. WONDERFUL »
