« A quiet and charming Japanese inn; their food was good, and the room was old but clean. However, we would have liked more Japanese ryokan services. There was not much interaction with anyone at the hotel during the stay. We expected to get Japanese-style services and hospitality during our stay... none in the lobby, in the dining room, or when we left the inn. It was very unusual for the type of accommodations. We feel cold, impersonal services. »
