« I chose the hotel for is location. It was clean, had a lovely bathroom & the family room was spacious. I would use it again. There are no facilities there other than in the room. Plenty of towels. Plenty of parking. »

« Firstly, the staff were lovely. I was travelling with my disabled mum and noted when booking we would need a ground floor room. We booked a "suite" with a bed for two and a bed for one so that we would have enough space to manoeuvre. Unfortunately we hadn't been given a room on the ground floor but this was quickly rectified. « Was a cheap room and did the job. The pillows were extremely thin though which made it super hard to actually get comfortable. These really need replacing. It's not even a case of soft or hard. they're just empty! Lot of dust around including on the bed so guessing something dirty was put on there after it was cleaned. Whole place could do with bit of a deep clean but for the price we paid we really can't complain much »

« We were welcomed very well the first time, but when we returned, the staff had completely changed. Our accommodation wasn't clean; there was dirt under the bed and lots of cobwebs on the ceiling. Furthermore, when they serviced our room the next day, the trash bins weren't even emptied. »

« Large bungalow style room with full disability access and wet room. Stylish. Comfy beds. Check in lady was friendly. Room was left open when we arrived but no electricity so had to go find someone. Bathroom bin had not been emptied but otherwise clean. Struggled to find someone serve us behind the bars. Breakfast was a little anaemic but good quality and tasty. Plenty of parking near the room Would stay again. »

« Excellent stay at the Briarcroft Hotel. We needed a place near the wedding venue we attended and this was right on the doorstep. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff were very attentive when needed. The continental breakfast was very nice, orange juice, cereal, toast. Parking right outside the hotel. Everything we needed was right there including local shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely use this place again »
