'Hotel scoort zeer goed op netheid, ontbijt. De locatie scoort minder goed: ligt op 30 minuten rijden van de luchthaven (eerst ander hotel bediend). Bovendien is de gratis shuttle naar luchthaven soms beperkt tot 1 per uur. De locatie is prima voor bezoek Narita stad en shopping mall. Gratis shuttle dienst en daar worden bij drukte zelfs taxi's ingezet. '

'Goede locatie, zeer goede shuttle service. We boekten deze accommodatie (redelijk duur) omdat er een binnenzwembad was, maar tot onze verbazing moest je hiervoor veel bijbetalen (32euro voor ons 2)!! Dit was niet zichtbaar op internet bij de boeking! Volgende keer boeken we een ander hotel. Anders is het hotel wel ok!'

'The location is very helpful. 10 min walk to Narita station, which is 15 min to Narita airport by train or Tokyo station by about 90 min. But Narita is beautiful by itself, and this hotel is part of why. The room is gorgeous, especially with its wood bath which is technically outdoors (with some privacy too). '
