'We had a great 3 night stay at Welcomhotel by ITC Prayagraj! The rooms were spacious and comfy. The food at restaurants onsite, including the brunch, was excellent. One thing they should improve on is the service at the restaurant - it was very slow. Probably they need more chefs. We will come back again and highly recommend this centrally-located hotel.'

'Though found it difficult to locate hotel for lack of name display due to renovation work going on for 31st and Magh mela. The manager and staff was cooperative n helpful. Hospitality at its best. Excellent quality tasty food made to order. Beautiful n scenic view. Seen peacocks in the resort. I would definitely like to stay there again.'

'Apart from the price which in any case was unrealistically high during Kumbh Mela for all hotels in Prayagraj, zone connect at the Park is excellent. Special mention to front desk staff who are very helpful and friendly. Vijay Nehra gets a special mention for his helpful nature. Civil lines , shopping and markets are close y but doesn’t cause any disruption as the hotel is tucked away in a smaller street close to Civil Lines. Good hotel to stay'

'This is a unique concept, and this was my first experience of capsule concept in India. The place was immaculate and well maintained. I visited this place with my sister and found quite a few women solo travelers who were using this place. So this place is great for solo travelers or even couples.
