'First, we didn't get the check-in instructions until we arrived. So we had tried a code I got from VRBO but that wasn't right, so had to call host. Secondly, the condition of the unit did not meet our expectations. It did not look like the pictures on the website. It is in need of some TLC. And to greet us, was a leaking kitchen ceiling! 'We didn’t use the kitchen other than for coffee and breakfast, but everything was clean and available. The apartment is definitely bigger than the pictures make it seem. It was also so convenient to everything in Roscoe Village. Altogether a good, clean, convenient place for 2 sisters to get away for a few days. '
