« Whilst the room was a little dusty in spots, the beds were clean and very comfortable. It was nicely renovated and the breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, toast) was much appreciated. We also had the chicken schnitzel for dinner and it was fabulous, especially with the 10% discount. »

« Price is good. The only issues were, the queen bed needs a new mattress. Both sides are hollow, when you lay on the end of the bed it feels like you are rolling off. The shower also needs a new shower head/taps. It was dripping all the time. The taps do not close properly anymore. »

« The room was fairly clean, but it was a glorified tent, so we did not expect primo cleanliness. The area is a bit remote, so staff was not readily available. The restaurant was good and the staff there was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We had a good time, and we would return there again without hesitation. »

« The property is a small block of 7 ensuite rooms with tv, tea-making and a small table n chairs. There is also a comfortable shared common lounge and basic kitchen available to use. It is located close to the base hospital and a rehabilitation (stroke, amputation etc) unit. The idea of this property is for families or patients to have affordable accommodation nearby the centres of healthcare. The same organisation also operates 2 much larger accommodation properties nearby. »

« Every time I moved in bed, it would squeak. There was paint off the walls in the room. »

« I was travelling solo for work. I was happy with everything. »

« Room exceptionally small for 2 double beds.The beds were just okay, a/c noisy and carpet badly stained, rooms overall really tired. Whilst it did the job I felt it was overpriced and the whole place needed some care. »

« Clean room but even though it had a kitchenette there were no cups glasses plates and the kettle was filthy. No tea towel or washing up detergent. »

« Owner Garry was very accommodating of my request for an early check-in. Room was big enough to not feel claustrophobic and very tidy. I will definitely be coming back next time I am in Dubbo. »

« Clean room and bathroom, good shower pressure, and convenient parking right outside the door. The room also had tea and coffee facilities, plus a fridge and microwave. We had a comfortable and restful night before heading back on the road. »
