« Staff were great. Could maybe had more heat in the cabin due to -20 degree weather. The only heat source we could see was the gas fireplace. It got very cold in the cabin at night as we did not want to keep the fireplace on high during the night. It would also be something for you to consider to put outside plug-ins for vehicles. We had to run an extension cord through the front door and plug into one of the outlets inside the cabin »

« We were looking forward to trying these domes out for a couple of nights. Unfortunately, they were dirty, the floor was not swept and the fridge was disgusting. The bed was on a piece of scrap carpet they cut out of somewhere and the small glass table had a large crack across the top. The temperature went down to -12c and the outdoor bathroom facilites froze up. They had heaters going both in the dome and in the outhouse, but they were almost useless. « We had a 3 nights stay with 6 people and most everything was perfect! The pictures do not show how close everything is! It is a cabin at a lodge so everything was close together. Meaning other rooms were next to the cabin and other houses were next to the cabin. You can see the entrance to the lodge itself out the kitchen window! The cabin itself is old but for what we needed it has everything. Rustic feel. Could use a few more kitchen items because we cooked every night. Nice outdoor deck!...

« The cabin was very nice and a good location but was short on kitchen supplies. . There were no large plates to put things on, we had a group of 8 people with just 8 plates and bowls, no extras to use for other things, no extra cups and very limited glasses. Only one cookie sheet and mixing bowls and no storage containers. We had just come from a different place we rented in Golden which was much better equipped. »

"L'accueil a été parfait. Par contre, notre chambre n'a pas été faite le 1e jour car nous avions mis la carte sur la poignée, de notre porte, sur le côté blanc où il était inscrit de ne pas oublier de donner notre avis sur l'hôtel et le côté inverse rouge indiquait Do not disturb. Il fallait savoir que si on met la carte sur la poignée peu importe le côté, ils ne feront pas la chambre. Le lendemain, la femme de chambre a fait la chambre correctement mais elle n'a pas changé les verres de la salle de bain. Je m'attendait à un service impeccable en tout point suite à la veille. Autre point négatif, la piscine a seulement 3 pieds (0,9 mètre) de profond sur toute sa longueur. Quand réserve dans un hôtel et qu'il est indiqué qu'il y a une piscine, on peut s'attendre à une piscine familiale mais pas à une piscine pour enfant. Pour un adulte, une profondeur de 3 pieds, ce n'est pas agréable. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais très peu varié et simpliste. La chambre était superbe mais pour avoir des conseils sur des activités à faire, à la réception, ils ne sont pas au courant. Par contre, tout le personnel est souriant et sympathique."
