'Netjes en schoon '

'Fun atmosphere, clean and comfortable room.'

'This was a great hotel - excellent location in downtown Sioux City, extremely clean and well maintained. I appreciated the free parking garage right behind the property. They have a nice gym right off the lobby (I did not partake), and happy hour in the lobby bar from 5pm to 7pm (I did partake :D). The rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable, but the AC didn't get cold enough for my liking...I sleep better in a chilly room. I liked the addition of a recycle bin, but the fact that it...

'Staff very nice and helpful. Requested clean sheets after the first night, didn’t happen.'

'Very clean facility and friendly staff!'

'It was very clean, easily accessible and comfortable. The room has black out curtains that didn't let in a spec of day light, perfect for sleeping in!'

'Excellent stay'

'The room was clean, but the smell of smoke was horrible inside the room. The towels are totally not American standard. Maybe new clean one will be better. I don’t recommend this place to anyone'

'Hele vuile kamers, stofnetten overal , de badkamer waar je je niet in kon draaien of keren. Grote gaten in de badkamer. Onder de kasten stofzuigen ze blijkbaar nooit. Het was dat we niets anders hadden want anders hadden we hier niet verbleven. '

'"Pet friendly" motel with a "No Pets" sign on the office entrance, worst bed I've ever slept on in my life, no coffee maker in the room, and the "breakfast" was a joke: Luke warm coffee, no batter for waffles, no milk for cereal, no juice. If white bread and a handful on pint sized muffins are your thing, this is your place to stay.'
