I ended up not making it to the winery, but it was an easy drive into Colonial Beach and over to George Washington’s birthplace. « This was a beautiful B&B to stay at! Parking and check in was so easy, as lol the information is sent to you ahead of time. So you can just go straight to your room with no formal check in or out. The property was just right next to multiple places to eat and just two blocks from the beach. Communication was also easy by using their text number. »

« Blackbeard was everything we expected it to be and more! Our family of 15 had plenty of room to explore and relax. We enjoyed a crab feast with fresh caught crabs from the dock!
