'Crap hotel. How did the Radisson put their name behind it? Itchy sheets, awful mattress, horrendous breakfast, paper plates, plastic cutlery, everything throwaway. What did I Pay so much for?? Never staying there again. '

'The pool was a little cold but it’s in a beautiful, huge atrium that was open until 9pm. Both desk clerks were very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and cute. Furniture in good repair. 'First I got put into a room that I have told them does not work and to please not put me in. The water pressure sucks and the fridge makes a horrible noise. Second I had to add another day cause I could not get home cause my bridge is flooded. They called twice in the morning to ask what I was doing staying again or leaving. 'Check in was easy , we went up to our room to put out belongings away, made a 2nd trip to the room and went out for dinner. Returned to have our keys unable to open the door, went to the lobby they rescanned my room key to try again. Nothing...so they try the master fob key, nothing. We had to sit outside our room for an hour while they REPLACE THE AA BATTERIES that work the doors. But still nothing. Another 2 hours we wait for another maintenance person that "might" get us in the room but maybe...
