'This cabin is beautiful! We wanted to do a float trip but didnt want to stay in tents or the typical small cabins that make up the majority of this area. This cabin made our float trip feel very luxorious! Bird's Nest Lodge came and picked us up and dropped us off directly from the driveway, and their 6 mile float was perfect! 'The cabin was nice and the property beautiful, but what really stands out is the small thoughtful things the owners leave for their guests. They left drinks and snacks as well as having stocks of first aid, meds, peppermint’s. Only bummer was getting to see a beautiful wildflower path without any blooming wildflowers. We will remedy this next year for our spring trip returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience.'

'A beautiful and comfy property with plenty of space inside and out. Well marked paths through the property made it easy to traipse through the woods. And a surprise cup of hot cocoa after a chilly day doing just that was just icing on the cake (no cake though…).'

'Everything was perfect (except for the weather at check-in!). The location is wonderful, we loved the bathroom/showers and greenhouse where we could hang and eat and admire Benka's plants! (So many orchids!). Keith was an awesome host filling us in on everything - even the surrounding area. The walking paths are beautiful and serine. The additional 5 canine hosts were adorable and Mici I'm so sorry you didn't spend at least one night with us! I wish we would have been able to stay longer...
