'This place was perfect for our family group of 7 adults and 3 children.Plenty of room to spread out. We could be upstairs and cook, eat and hang out or be chilling in the basement playing pool or watching a movie.Home and kitchen was well stocked and even included complimentary coffee! The two sets of washers and dryers for laundry in the basement is a great idea for larger groups!The owner was easy to contact and was very helpful. Apparently the previous guest may have lost or misplaced the key...

'We absolutely loved our two day mini vacation to Iowa. Our daughter turned 14 on Monday August 4th and we spent the day at Adventureland having a blast and the fun continued when we were back at Jessica’s house we rented. This house is kept up very well and was so cozy to spend time in. It is very obvious how much care goes into this rental for their guests! 'We came to Des Moines for the wrestling state tournament. We were just a block and a half away from the skywalk to hop on and stay indoors the whole way to Wells Fargo Arena.This home was clean, easily accessed, and just what we needed for a short stay! Great communication with the owners :)'

'Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!'
