« The overall hotel property was very clean and the staff was professional. I was able to park and enjoy the hotel amenities prior to our room being ready and then the day of check out, we were able to stay at the property and was given a temporary key for the resort. The room itself had broken floor tiles, a stained chair, and a shelf was broken in the fridge. The owner answered right away and was aware of all the previous damage. I would absolutely stay at the hotel again. »

« Genuinely the only knock against this place is if you want to swim in the pool at night. They close the pool at sunset. Other than that, our stay was practically flawless. The people were nice and kind. I was upset that the laundry lady was working in a room with no air conditioning, so please tip her if You exchange towels. But I would absolutely stay here again immediately. Its right on the beach, and super close to tons of activities. New ownership is supposedly coming in soon, and I hope...

« After returning from dinner, we were locked out of our room. The key card reader was broken. I understand that things break. We had to wait out by the pool for the maintenance girl to arrive for about two hours in 80 degree weather. The next morning, I spoke to the staff who ASSURED me I would be contacted by management before 4pm.
