'I really would love to give this hotel less ratings, but the staff upfront was nice but the people that came through there it was a nightmare almost every night there was people running up and down the hallway screaming no one doing anything about it one time till 2:30 in the morning. I also had other issues, but the staff upfront was nice but when we got back, we realize our watch was stolen from that hotel. 'beautifully kept hotel, seemed still very new. Close to an amazing mexican restaurant and access to hwy. Very big breakfast buffet that was so nice. Rooms had comfortable beds, very clean and updated bathrooms, nice amount of space in King Studio.'

'Room are wack and dirty carpet should be vacuumed, bugs in rooms, towels have stains, check your covers, dead and alive bugs in rooms, fridge works, latch on doors don’t mean privacy cuz they come into your room even when locked, invade privacy, says no smoking but my first night it had a bag over the smoke detector already, and the people that live there smoke inside the rooms as well, so that’s doesn’t mean anything, if house keeping was done properly it’d be a okay room, pool stays closed,...

'The rooms have not been updated, clearly a hotel that has been used for “hourly” stays. Would not recommend for traveling especially with a family.'

'Echt een hotel in de middle of nowhere. Kamer was wel recentelijk opgeknapt en zag er netjes uit. Restaurant hebben ze niet en ook geen ontbijt of koffie maar er zitten diverse restaurants in de omgeving. Er zaten wel een hoop werklui en gezinnen in de kamers, het leek wel of ze daar ook woonde.'

'The A/C was loud and sounded like gravel scrapping. The door didn't fit the opening so I had flies in the room every night. The mirror had a large crack across the mirror right at eye level. Poor lighting in the room. Front desk woman was unfriendly and did only what was required to get her job done. I would not recommend it going to this place!'

'This was perfect for our girls getaway. We enjoyed the space- the large windows and view for rainy times and cloud watching, the patio with firepit and table with great umbrella and the short walk down to the boathouse. The table and chairs at the boathouse have been replaced with picnic tables but we just sat on the deck. The stairs were a bit challenging to get all our stuff up to the main level but once we did we were fine. The loft stairs were not usable for us older gals- very steep....

'We had a great stay at FR Ranch! The location was perfect, and the host was awesome and very welcoming. We really enjoyed fishing at the pond and all the amenities around the house. The property felt very safe since the entire ranch is fenced, and the courtyard has its own separate fence as well. The complimentary noodles, eggs, and bottled water were such a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay again!'

'We made a last minute booking to get away for a couple nights. So glad we chose this place! Everything was perfect. Hot tub was awesome and so were the sunsets. Stocked kitchen with most tools you’d need to prepare meals. Coffee pod maker with all the pods. We had our small dog with us and the totally fenced in yard was so helpful. 10/10 would stay again.'

'The house was phenomenal. It fulfilled all our family needs. We had just the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The common areas are perfectly placed and we loved the open concept. The decor and furnishings were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Although we weren't able to use all the outside amenities due to the weather.
