« The Chester sont de très confortables et charmants appartements. Nous avons pu trouver autour de très bon restaurants. Et pourtant en tant que Français nous sommes difficiles mais juste en dessous le restaurant de pâtes Mida était très bon. »

Cons: - Ownership utilizes a 3rd-party mgmt platform; this made me nervous, as I've had poor experiences in the past with a property listed on Hotels.com but using a 3rd-party platform for signatures and payments. During the aforementioned poor experience, Hotels.com reps initially told me that this was not allowed, and that I should make no payments off Hotels.com....

« Not the nicest area ever, but it was fine. Felt a little run down going in from outside, up the elevator, and to the apartment. But once inside, it was comfortable, clean, spacious, and sufficient for my need. I just needed a place to sleep, shower, and get ready for work. The air conditioning was extremely loud but it was like white noise and blocked out the city noises. Overall I was pleasantly surprised, considering it was lower cost than most other options.
