'The floor of the room, was not properly cleaned. There were cockroaches laying on the floor. Cleaning in between was not done properly, hairs in bathroom were not removed. The swimming pool was closed for the season while the temperature outside was far over 90 degrees.'

'The room was clean and smelled nice. The room was a nice size w/2 queen beds. I would have liked to have an extra pillow on each bed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean.Rick was nice on the phone and gave us a ground level room as we requested. I could not get anyone to answer the phone to confirm my reservation. I called 12 times. The Cisco Chamber of commerce helped me find their private phone # to confirm my reservation. I only stayed 1 night. The motel looked fully...

'We were looking for a place to get away for the weekend. I chose this because it had lake access and I was able to bring my kayaks and get right on the water. The cabin has 2 beds, a nice restroom, microwave and refrigerator. Check in and out was a breeze. There were a lot of Canadian geese which was nice except for all the goose droppings. The porch had a nice bench to view the lake sunset.'
