'Every thing is good.'

'Rooms were clean. Small, but nice. Only downfall is closets are locked and no place for luggage. It makes for a messy bedroom if you’re staying for more than a couple days. We stayed 4 nights.The deck was awesome and where we spent most evenings. '

'We have a lovely stay here in Santa Cruz. The house had plenty of room for us to spread out - I loved that there were several comfortable couches in the house (not every house rental has those!) and a well-stocked kitchen, along with multiple TVs (which my husband and kids loved). It was in easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. If you don't like stairs, you may not like this property since it's on 3 levels, but we loved it and can see staying here again.'

There are also cute cafe shop and former grocery store, a great Japanese restaurant we discovered. Location is 10/10.2. 'Sweet and comfortable bungalow on a nice street. It had everything we needed for a nice stay and was tastefully decorated. The owner was courteous and communicated well everything we needed to know. '
