'I liked although I didn’t get to partake in the happy hour at the bar. The staff was very helpful with giving information about the breakfast buffet. They explained that the property had suffered recent hail damage to the outside window panes and there were crews onsite repairing damaged windows. It was safe, clean and convenient to roads and restaurants.'

'Our stay was okay, however I did notice 2 things missing when we came back from Rockport. I noticed my deodorant and my hair clip were missing. They are just material things but it's not respectful on behalf of the cleaning staff to take things that don't belong to them. Again it is just material things but that's not the point. I hope they enjoy my deodorant and my hair clip that was custom made. It was evident they needed it more than I did.'

'Het ontbijt was zeer matig. Op zondagochtend werd het brood etc. nog aangevuld, maandag en dinsdag moest je het na 8 uur doen met de leftovers. Na het ontbijt dmv deurhanger aangegeven dat onze kamer schoongemaakt kon worden. Bij terugkomst 's middags was dit nog niet gebeurd. Dit doorgegeven aan de receptie, zij zou housekeeping direct een seintje geven. Om 18.00 uur en 19.00 uur weer aan de frontdesk doorgegeven dat ze nog niet geweest waren. Uiteindelijk zijn ze geweest en binnen 3 minuten...

'Everything was good with this property from the breakfast to the entire property and pool. The only issue I had was in the room I got the water pressure was lower than normal. Other than that everything was great.'

'The elevator doors need to be wiped clean daily. The microwave in the breakfast area needs to be kept clean. Also, I noticed a guy who I know was not a guest, drive up to hotel and park… walked straight to the breakfast area. Helped himself to a topped plateful of food/orange juice and left… I brought this to the attn to the young man whose name was “Rush”…he acted surprised. Needs to be off cell and be more watchful. All the staff in the reception area was just laid back on their...

'We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and living room. It was very clean and and well stocked with utensils and other basic necessities in the kitchen. The lady managing the breakfast area was very efficient and personable. Overall the hotel amenities are great . A few negatives - the breakfast was quite bad. The housekeeping for the room was only once in three days as per hotel policy. I asked them to clean the room after two days and they did not do it .'
