'Rude front desk. Made me wait to check in while she stared at me in front of the computer. Didn’t help me until a white client came in and she called on him. '

'We were in town for a concert with our teen daughter and her teenage friends. They loved the experience at the Hard Rock Hotel. The decor made them feel like it was a rock & roll weekend. The only small issue was the parking but we got it worked out. We would stay again. '

'Staff were very friendly and helpful! The grounds were pleasant looking. The pool was enjoyable with lounge chairs and tables.'

'Didn’t like that the ice machine where in the back of the opp bld I stayed in. Having to get snacks from a vending machine was cool either'

'Arrived at 6pm, April 14/2026 to find prostiutes outside the doors of motel. Our room was discussing. All kinds of Hair everywhere, not vacuumed- food on floor and chairs and table. We had to wipe table off. While toilet clean before using. The only thing that looked tooken care of was bed. But we didn’t use as we went to front and talked with staff. No manager onsite only front desk girls. Nicky was the girl at front and was polite and finally after we had to make a lot of calls were able...

'Mooi hotel met goede ligging aan de baai. Prima kamer, wel gehorig en kussens te hard. Lekker restaurant voor avondeten bij hotel. Parkeren dichtbij hotelkamer maar waarom betalen bij hotel 30 dollar per dag. '

'Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting…..'

'We had a room on the 8th floor which was spacious and clean. We did have some airco noise and weird knocking noise from the elevator shaft (we think) which was annoying at night. Pool was nice and location was good for watersports and running. Restaurant has great staff but menu is limited. The gym was crowded in the morning but really quiet in afternoon.'

'Prachtig hotel met veel faciliteiten. Denken met je mee en service staat hoog in het vaandel. Is erg goed bevallen. Zorg wel dat je in de Marina Tower terecht komt. '
