'We have stayed at this hotel many times and have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience. The staff are fantastic. The breakfast is better than some other hotels in which we have stayed. The room is always clean and is equipped with an armoire for clothes, hangers for winter jackets or backpacks and a bench for placing suitcases or other items to keep them off the floor. As always, the family and I had a great stay. My daughter is 6 years old and this is her favorite hotel in which to stay when we are...

'Er wordt ontbijt aangeboden, meer een Canadees ontbijt. Jammer van plastic bestek met uiteraard de wegwerpcups. Direct aan een drukke weg, wat in de nacht zeker meevalt. De kamer is gigantisch groot. Ontbijt in een weekend of fst dag kun je niet gebruiken als je met de ferry van 8.00 gaat, omdat je 1 uur tevoren daar moet zijn. Het ontbijt is dan niet om 6, maar vanaf 7 beschikbaar. '

'What a beautiful place! Our room was decorated in antiques and the bed was so cozy. A full, tasty breakfast was included! Wifi was a bit weak in our room but it was fine in the lobby and living room. '

'When we got there our room was booked to someone else so they upgraded us to a suite. The suite was an apartment down the road that was unfinished and the tub didn't even have faucets. Very disapppointed.'

'The host didn’t provide parking information for this area. It was up to us to figure it out and nowhere on site or online does it say that you cannot park overnight on week days- street signs totally misleading as they contradict each other! So beware! Got parking tickets!!!'

'The cleanliness, the decor, the small things - such as some Christmas decorations and a bag of local ground coffee. Lots of games, books, etc along with a fully functional kitchen, bathroom, including a container with essentials (just in case we forgot something). As well, clear and timely communication with our host. '
