'Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, coffee always available in lobby, decent breakfast, ample parking. There honestly isn't anything about my frequent stays at the Hampton that is disappointing. They were even doing some renovating in the common seating area during this stay, and it was not at all disruptive. Impressive!'

'I recently completed my second stay at your hotel, and it was once again a pleasure. The bed was top-notch, and the room was very spacious. Having a small kitchen made it feel like a small apartment; while there is no continental breakfast, the kitchen equipment made it easy to prepare my own meals. During this visit, I also appreciated being able to use the pool and the free laundry facilities. Additionally, there was plenty of parking available. 'We were in Bethlehem Pennsylvania for a graduation and stayed for four night at the Home2Suites. lOur room was comfortable and clean towels were refreshed as needed. The breakfast was OK, and convenient. The location was great and close to anything we needed. We’ll definitely stay here again.'

'The check-in was polite enough, and quick glance entering property was clean enough, but when we opened our room for the first time it reeked of smoke and the TV was on. The cough was filthy and unusable, the desk area clean, the kitchen questionable clean. The bed looked clean but the pillows were horrible, the AC barely worked, and the more we inspected, filthy rugs, unvaccumed. The bathroom was gross, someone's hair in the shower, nasty stains on walls and doors. We won't be using this place...

'Great locations in Bethleham . Modern clean hotel. Polk needed attention but we wheee there graduation weekend. Have stayed here multiple times and pool contortions was abnormal.'

'Desk staff (Genelle?) was lovely after my difficult day. I did not take advantage of any amenities since was there only to sleep and shower. Shower was great, but the bed pillows? I'm not sure they even were pillows; more like a pillowcase stuffed with lumpy polyfill and not even pillow shapes.'

'I stood here to attend my aunt’s birthday, and not have to drive over an hour afterward. I wanted an indoor pool for my 12 year old to enjoy. I like the fact that the pool was open from 6am to 11pm. I was able to attend the party and have a few hours at the pool. I was able to check in early and every single staff member was great. Very kind and helpful. The room met all of our needs and was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.'
