'Really did not like front desk assistance. I had reserved a non smoking room. When we opened door it smelled like cigarettes. Also, smelled musty. Air was not on when we came in. Old shop pieces from previous client. No trash cans to place trash in. Not sure what kind of breakfast was served. No juice or coffee machine that was working. 'I absolutely loved this location. We got the Dixie Den and the drive to was so beautiful. The water was so nice to lay in with a sand shore (of course Texas is one good rain away from higher water) kayaks for rent and the neighbors were so nice. Property manager was so nice and helpful made sure we had everything we needed and if i had the opportunity to buy this little spot I sooooooo would! Nice shower, and spacious restroom.
