'They clearly tried their best to renovate. I had a very pleasant first impression. Easy parking, warm welcome, clean room. Until I settled and wanted to start the tv. That’s when I went for the remote and saw the first roaches. Killed them. Both smaller and bigger ones. Searched the room and bathroom. Didn’t find any other. 'Clean room was very nicely furnished with everything that we needed. We appreciated the electrical outlets and USB ports on each lamp which were easy to access all around the room. Also, it was surprisingly quiet since the doors didn’t slam loudly like most places where we’ve stayed. Breakfast was decent with yogurt, sausage, and eggs for protein options.
The only negatives were the outside lights shining through the side of the blackout curtains and the strange position of the toilet right up...

'This place is awesome! The house is so beautiful and historic! The hosts were super welcoming and accommodating with information about where to go and see and do things throughout the town! Rooms were excellent, and the food was out of this world! I'd tell anyone going to the area to stay at this bed and breakfast. We'll definitely be staying here when we come back to visit!'
