« While the location is perfect the lodge itself needs work. It needs updating and a refreshed clean look. The lounge chairs in the lobby are extremely worn and the warm inviting picture on line is no match to the dingy look. The room felt dark and the bed mattress saggy. Cleaning fine.No hot shower due to multiple fuses blowing. Drippy faucet. Night 2 a breaker went. « We visited with our two children for a hiking and biking trip and had an amazing time. The property was exactly as listed and the host was excellent with communication. The property had the necessary amenities to make the trip comfortable and relaxing for the family. There is a great forested area as pictured behind the fire pit that is great for evening fires. Highly reccomend! »

« Don't let the 700sq ft keep you away. This cabin has PLENTY of space for our family of 5. We always have a hard time finding places that have a bed for all of the kids that isn't a pull out couch bed. It was so nice in the middle of the woods. You can definitely heard the rooster and chickens across the road but it adds to the ambiance and you can't hear them inside. We were greeted on day one by a GIANT wild turkey. Hilarious.
