'The property has a lot of potential, it has a great facility, though seems like lack of staff and maintenance. Front desk staff did not seem very knowledgeable and speaking with 3 different people, we were getting different information each time. Room was not very clean-crumbs on the couch, dirty/sticky fridge, hair/stains/holes on towels, vents looked black. Pools were great but due to them being shortstaffed all pools couldn’t be used. 'Pleasant building. Nice clean room with good beds. Although close to interstate, noise is ok. Good breakfast with self-made waffles and cranberry juice. Nice lady at front office and in breakfast room.'
