'Worst experience ever, this is not worthy of the name Best Western. I had booked 2 rooms for our group, but several insects were crawling in both rooms and a few were dead. Also the smell in the rooms was terrible. We had to cancel the rooms and still drove to a decent overnight stay in Austin. I then emailed the manager several times, but he was not cooperative at all. She kept pretending she didn't understand me via email and kept referring to Expedia. Conclusion: the hotel suits the manager....

'The best stocked VRBO we have rented, they had thought of everything and had plenty of it! The owner was fast to respond and super courteous, even when we asked to add a last minute pet. We ended up not bringing our dog but owner had told us she was welcome..they love pets!Super clean and comfy, we recommend them highly!'

'Wow! What an amazing property. The entire family enjoyed the mini reunion. The property had a little something for all ages to enjoy. Communication with the property managers was great. We could not have asked for a more perfect place. Everything was gorgeous, the River, the homes, the outdoor kitchen was fabulous and the river was so serene. Will definitely visit again soon.'
