'While we were glad to find a place to stay that would accommodate our family for a reasonable price, we were disappointed in the cleanliness and overall property management. The sewer backed up in the basement, spilling into the carpet of the bedroom where people were sleeping. We contacted the host who did respond in a timely way but said he’d look into it after we left. 'Great location with lots of decent choices for restaurants, close to the casino, and hwy.Only issue is you can hear everything from other units like they’re in the apartment with you! Zero sound deadening was used whenever they remodeled this cool old warehouse.It’s my 3rd time staying 10 days and I’ll continue to stay here when I’m in Peoria if available.'
