'Relatief nieuw hotel, maar met veel gebreken. De eerste indruk is goed. Er was maar 1 lift in gebruik die erg langzaam is. Af en toe erg lang wachten. Zwembad gaf veel geluidsoverlast evenals het terras buiten. Geluid van buiten dringt makkelijk door. We hadden een extreem lawaaierig airconditioning. Service kwam snel en heeft de AC wat verschoven. Maakte niet meer extreem veel geluid maar vraag mij af of het niet binnen enkele dagen weer zou gebeuren. Heerlijk om niet in bad te hoeven...

'All of the stuff were incredibly nice and helpful. Everyone I passed said good morning good day every time. The breakfast was okay the Omelette bar was exactly as I ordered so that's really good. The hotel is older so there were stains on the ceiling but the rooms were clean. However there was a really odd smell in the room again rooms are super clean the hotel was cleaning the staff were really nice the breakfast was good but the hotel room had a weird smell'

'This hotel offers a traditional experience, with a complementary happy hour and delicious breakfast. All the rooms have lots of space and are very comfortable. One thing to keep in mind is that it is an older property and you can tell. While the building is definitely due for some updates, the helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism of the staff makes up for that. This is the only place I will stay in Lubbock!'

'Food at on site restaurant and service was really poor quality. Poor lighting in room, too many dogs staying on property peeing and pooping in court yard flowerbeds. Mirror in bathroom was affixed to mirror, could not be used to apply makeup.'

'The room was dusty and musty. The ac vent had traces of dirt and debris. The remote control was sticky and the batteries were exposed. The refrigerator was dirty and sticky. The phone in the room did not work. Which was needed on my second night stay. There was a scary disturbance on the floor I was one and the people in the room next to mine were pounding on the door to my room and the walls within their room. When I reached to call the front desk there was no dial tone. The phone was dead. I...

'Typical foreign owned and operated. Outside fence perimeter fallen down. This Hot day, 100 degrees outside. When you go in the checkout it’s hot, and stuffy, have to wipe the sweat out of your eyes to sign in. Attendant was super nice. I told my buddy, I bet the ice machine doesn’t work here. We walk down to elevator and passed the ice machine. It had a sheet sign that said ice machine out of service. Then we get to the room.. hot stuffy. A/C set on 61 degrees. We call desk report...

'Light in room wasn’t working, water in sink does not drain. No microwave or possibility to make coffee and tea in room. Coffee and tea at reception were cold. Hotel doesn’t look clean. Room was clean. '
