« Simple yet effective place to rest my head after a long day exploring Booneville. »

« Property is well located in a quiet neighborhood. Sleeps 7 works as there are 2 queen size beds and 1 single. Only has 1 bathroom which could make it a little difficult for some. Jim »

« The property has unique furnishings, a mixture of antique & modern. The owner has good taste to please her guests. Bedrooms, kitchen, & bathroom with brand new makeovers. Kitchen very well stocked. Wrap around patio a great touch for different styles of fun activities. Great for morning & evening quiet time for seniors. Morning chorus of... roosters crowing, cows mooing, cacophony of bird sounds, & bells of the Subiaco Abbey. And the skies were picture perfect movements of the moon & clouds....

« Wonderful place to get away from the world. Loved the whole property. Definitely will be back. The host was wonderful. »

« This was a great house! The property was exactly as described in the listing. »

« We had a ok stay at this property. The only communication with the host is through email and that’s not effective. The power was out for several hours on 2 separate days and I had no idea if the owner was aware. The home was not as big as we expected and the couch was very small plus a foosball table was added to the living area which made it cramped. The couch was also very uncomfortable and somewhat falling apart. We ended up leaving Thursday night at 6:30 pm even though we were supposed to...

« This is a beautiful home and we enjoyed the nine days we were there. They don’t have towel rods in either bathroom which was odd.The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and we slept well. »

« Small touches like extra toiletries made our stay feel thoughtful without being overdone. »

« I had an incredible stay! The host was so helpful and accommodating for my late arrival, and the property was clean and VERY presentable when I entered. I was only stopping for a night on a long roadtrip, but i would definitely return for a longer, relaxing vacation here. »

« The host was amazing. He answered the couple of questions I had immediately. The place is so beautiful and peaceful. The sky at night is breathtaking from the hot tub. »

« Parking right by the door made things convenient when two of us stayed here. The bed had plenty of room, and the bathroom was neat compared to other nearby options. »

« Absolutely wonderful place to rest in a beautiful setting! Everything is very well designed for a great stay and, while we only had 2 people, can easily accommodate more folks. We didn’t get to try out the pool or go to the lake, so we will do that next time we come. Thank y’all for letting us stay! »

« Such a great stay! The farmhouse was cozy, well‑equipped, and had every amenity I could ask for. The hosts were amazing—so thoughtful and attentive, making sure everything was perfect and that I had everything I needed. I can’t wait to come back again soon! »

« I was a little hesitant to book this because of the reviews on vrbo however, Im glad I went with my gut and booked it. It was clean, stocked with towels, wash cloths, bedding. The AC was cold! It was cozy and inviting. The intricacies of the build were impressive. The yard was spacious for our dogs to play. There was a nice sitting area outside however because summers are brutal we didn't really get to enjoy. We loved the big shade tree. It wasnt in town but it was close enough to get door dash...
