'Very nice quiet. Staff was very nice helpful'

'We were very impressed that the property is currently undergoing renovation. The third floor we stayed on was completely remodeled. A minor criticism concerned the shower pressure. Although the shower head appeared to be brand new, it did not deliver a stronger water pressure. Also, the toilet tissue seemed to fall apart when wet. Other than that, no suggestions for improvement. '

Awesome peaceful location nestled in the quaint farmlands of New Wilmington, yet near enough to Hermitage, Grove City Outlets, Volant and New Castle. Additionally, only a mile away from Pizza Joes, Theo's Creperie, Tavern on the Square, and Dollar General -- not to mention all of the fresh Amish produce stands. This beautiful apartment had everything that was needed and then a few more things. Barb and I decided that we want to live...

'Larry was a wonderful attentive host. Quick clear communication. Wonderful place to bring your fur family members. Nice trails for them to burn off some pent up travel energy. Great hiking nearby and plenty of small town charm in the area as well to explore. Or just be intown for a college visit or two…. ;)'

'very cozy, clean and surrounded by farms, corn and a beautiful pond in the back yard. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. She thought of every need and kitchen is well stocked. Stores are only a few miles away. We enjoyed our stay!'

'My fraternity brothers and I were attending an online conference and wanted to spend sometime together while doing so. This house was just right for what we wanted. It gave us the privacy we needed to discuss the items of the conference as well as the comfort of home to feel welcome and made it easier to talk. It is also close to groceries and other shopping incase we needed anything which was great. '

'The property is completely secluded from the main road. Apple trees attract deer. Firepit and porch chairs allowed for enjoyment of the outdoor space.Newer athletic to the inside. Very clean and comfortable. Host was super friendly and responsive.Highly recommend.'
