'This property was very clean and comfortable. It is a nice place to have a family gathering.'

'Perfect for a little family getaway! The heat advisory kept us inside more than we’d planned, but the place is set up nicely, so we still had a great time playing games and making meals together!'

'It was a great space for four people. Loved the location to Utica and local attractions! It was a great getaway!'

'Fantastic Location and very airy, modern and comfortable rooms. Great shower!'
