'The rooms definitely need a deep clean. There were crumbs, trash, and someone’s false lashes on the floor next to the head of the bed. Other than that, the room size was great, the pools were nice enough and the location to the beach was excellent. We really enjoyed the quietness of staying to the north of the boardwalk.'

'This was a very upsetting trip. I have come here for vacation for 6 years now, and we always love it! No issues ever until this past week. 'This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view...
