'The hotel worked for our party of two girls trip. I would definitely not have brought kids with me to this hotel room. There were exposed wires by the AC unit. If you’re booking here, I highly suggest paying more for the oceanfront room. Overall, it was an okay stay. Some of the staff could’ve been friendlier, the parking in the garage was a nightmare due to such small spots, the pools were so busy that we couldn’t use them, but the view was great.'

'Hotel has a good restaurant with daily happy hours to enjoy. It lacks the seating and gathering area at the lobby. The location is great and right on the beach and boardwalk. Free parking is bonus and limited on site spot may be available. They have ample offside parking at the next block.'

'After our original reservation with another hotel was canceled as we were half way to the destination, this is where we were placed. Was definitely a downgrade. The elevator was extremely slow. The lamp in our room would blink every time we turned it on. The fridge didn’t have a freezer. The room still had pistachio shells on the floor and balcony from the previous people. The balcony was small and the AC unit exhaust was right on the balcony. The bed was at least comfortable.'

'It was very dirty, the bathrooms were very dirty, and the breakfast was horrible. The area where breakfast was served was also very messy. The room had a strange smell. It was a very bad experience.'

'This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view...

'Our baby sitter canceled on us 30 minutes after we checked in. We tried to get a refund and was told once we checked in no refund. Absolute joke of a hotel for the price… said beach front view of the ocean didn’t get that either. Tried to call a manager and was just given the run around. Will never stay there again or any other associated properties.'
