'This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view...

Hotel staff was very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, & helpful!
The room was not as advertise through Expedia. There was not a bathtub with a stand shower as shown for the superior suite.
However, the room was nice.

'The room was great. It was clean and a really big with space to spread out. The kitchenette was really nice because while it was only a fridge, microwave and sink, it was a small room separated by a breakfast bar. It had some counter space and quite a bit of cabinet space. It also had a big fridge. It does not supply any kitchen items at all, which I did not expect.
The staff were all friendly and always had smiles on their faces. The downstairs bar and dining area had good food and drinks...
