'Loved the location- northern end and more residential. Was very relaxing and peaceful. Felt like we had a private beach. Restaurant was excellent. Super friendly staff. Live music every night. Room needs improvements- could hardly open the sliding glass door to balcony and fridge didn't cool correctly- plus it was wobbly. I ended up putting cardboard under one of the feet to keep it stable. Lampshade on desk moved when you turned it on- i turned the knob where it connected to lamp- just needed...

'I wasn't happy with the service; we had booked a room with an ocean view, but there was only one woman at the front desk handling a huge crowd. She left me standing there waiting while she tried to attend to everyone else and me at the same time. On top of that, there were no extra towels or toilet paper, and there were bugs—specifically bedbugs. They really need to fumigate, as it’s dangerous when you have children with you. I hope they take this feedback into account.'

'This was perfect for a family on a budget. Clean had everything we needed. Nothing super fancy but we spent most of our time doing activities. Great location for walking to the vibe district or walking the strip.'

'Location and room is OK, except no hand soap, shampoo and body wash but brought my own anyways, when cleaning they should check all these for readiness. Just little bit noisy (road).'

'This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view...
