'The hallway smelled like smoke from cigarettes and weed. The sliding glass door leading outside could have been easily removed from the outside. I closed the curtain and put the desk in front of the door. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The heater worked well and was not loud.'

'Last time I use this place to stay. I made the reservation and when I get there, they required me to call my boss for credit card authorization since the card doesn't have my name on it. This has been the ONLY Hoilday in that has done this. Not 3 weeks before, the better Holiday Inn received us and absolutely no issues. 'In passing through Roanoke overnight, we decided on this property based off the Expedia rating. It didn't disappoint! As members we already had a sizable discount added on top of accumulated stay money , so it was extremely reasonable in price for the night. Our king bed suite was huge, large bathroom with nice tiled shower surround. We feel the best part was the adjoining restaurant, Suerte, a Spanish Tapas restaurant. It was excellent.
