The beds were Cozi and comfortable. The basement was nice as well with plenty of games and a table to play them on. The free laundry was a great added touch. I would definitely return and recommend the 1955 to others. '

'Nice place close to downtown LaCrosse and within walking distance of neighborhood bars. Houghton’s is at the end of the street and has good food. Tom was quick to respond and extremely nice.'

'We loved staying here! I loved the high ceilings, large kitchen. and spacious apartment. The only reason I gave a 4 star “family friendly” is if your kids have a hard time falling asleep with noise. However, the owners were very transparent about it. It never bothered me, but my 12 year old daughter was a bit bothered on Thursday nights when she had to go to school the next day. Amazing location, parking, and overall convenience. Would stay here again for sure! '
