' Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. '

'We had such a good time here! It was quiet and so relaxing. We made good use of the paddle board and kayaks. The water was warm and easily accessible which was great! The house was beautiful and well stocked and Abbie was so kind checking in with us to see if everything was going good or if there was anything we needed. 'Stayed here for an extended period while working in the area. Easily accessible to Quantico, good parking, clean, large tv for viewing sports or movies. No oven but does have microwave and all the other necessities.Alphonse was very responsive to messages and provided cleaning service as needed. Would book again next trip in the area.'

'This Vrbo home was in a beautiful location which allowed for a nice and relaxing stay. The home was very clean and decorated well to create a very home-like and comfy atmosphere. The host provided fishing tackle, paddle board and small boating options to utilize on the pond, firewood, and even s’more’s supplies for us to make over the fire. 'The house was much bigger inside than it seemed in the photos. All types of little touches were available such as tea and coffee etc. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions that we had. The parking is unbelievably close to the front door and this made unpacking and packing the car very very easy. '
