'The property was very nice. The restaurant food was very good. The staff was very nice. However, our room was not cleaned for the three nights we were there. After the first night we let the front desk know and got clean towels. The next day clean towels were left in the room, but room was not cleaned. Happy to provide pictures. We were reimbursed $50 from Expedia. The hotel only gave us HH points which I told them we do not travel enough for us to use them.'

'Soon as we arrived the outside was dirty, the lobby was dirty. there was only one clerk on at 5:30pm and he was very overwhelmed, long line. We got to our room and the floor was soaking wet from the A/C unit leaking, mold all over the wall where the AC was. When we tried to leave the room the handle came off in our hands and we couldn't get out . We called down stairs and the guy did come up and fixed the handle looked at the floor and brought towels for me to lay all over the floor. Said he...

'Prettig verblijf. Ruime kamer en schoon. Zwembad is mooi. Enige wat tegenviel was de hoge borg van 150 dollar.'

'I stay here due to convenience to the airport and shuttle service. Check in was excellent, fast and easy. My room was too close to noisy roads, air conditioner was so loud therefore I didn’t get a good nights rest. I will look into and pay for a nicer room next time.'

'Checking in was simple as we used Expedia to schedule. Everything is outdated. Walk in and room and bed clean. Bed was hard as a rock, thin sheet and bedspread. Flat pillows. The bathroom was gross. Stains on walls, tub and shower curtain. Towels were very small. The filters of the AC were packed with dust and who knows what. Hallway dirty. Entrance /exit door sticks. The smell of cigarettes and marijuanna was disgusting. Especially as they advertise as non smoking. The grounds have trash and...

'I was first disappointed at the fact that the pool was closed for renovation and the checkout time was not 12pm (as shown on Expedia), but rather 11am. I wish we were aware before booking because we were looking for a hotel with a pool as we were out of towners with small children and looking to spend the weekend in RI. 'It’s not for family, really small rooms , very bad beds , had a back pain next morning, lint two towels per room ,over all I don’t recommend this place not worth what we paid for it .'
