'It's a nice apartment, cheaply but competently renovated. There were cobwebs around when we arrived but otherwise it was clean. The beds are VERY nice, extremely comfortable which is so important. My biggest gripe, something not demonstrated in the listing, is the fact that the property directly borders an actve train teack, and when i say it's right outside I mean it is RIGHT outside. I was kept up the entire night one of the nights of our stay because of a pair of trains stopping and starting...

'We had a great stay. The house was clean and well equipped. The location was prime for walking the neighborhood, doing some shopping, enjoying local food drink and live entertainment in Washington Square Park. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. '
