'The property was nothing like the pictures. While the host was friendly, the condition of the house was very disappointing.The home is very old, the floors are noticeably uneven, and there was a foul odor upon entering. The home was generally dirty. The ceiling fan was dirty, the garbage can was filthy, the windows were filthy, and the carpet was unclean. The carpeting also appeared to have been poorly installed, with uneven seams and edges. Several doors were out of square and did not fit or...

'First impression was a very old space quickly stocked with thrift shop furniture and accessories. Our arrival was after 9pm and at that time, the internet was intermittently working. The main light and the outlet in the bath were not working. The next morning, the internet WAS NOT WORKING. The host responded quickly to my text and had that internet up and running within two hours so that was appreciated. Unfortunately, starting out the morning even for 2 hours without tv, internet and no coffee...

'Clean, comfortable and cozy! We needed a place with a kitchen to prepare food to take to a baby shower. The kitchen was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The kid in our group appreciated the bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub and wished she’d had more time to check out all of the games and activities provided in the living area downstairs. Thank you.'

'The property was comfortable and cozy. It was right on the lake. The check-in process was efficient and easy. The town of Litchfield was literally a few minutes away and everything we needed for our stay was already provided. I would have given it a 5 star rating, except it was a bit chilly at night in certain bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay in this property again.'
