« The code to get into the facility would not work. I had to make a phone call and after three attempts finally got in the facility. Then the code to open my guest room door did not work. I was still on the phone with I think was an AI representative and after three attempts at opening the door, all of which failed the keypad ceased to operate. So I had no choice, but to leave the hotel has refused a refund. »

« This home is clean and spacious. With it being a rainy weekend, we could make use of the 3 TVs. Plus, we were very close to downtown and the farmer’s market and cute little shops. The Greenway would definitely have been used for a beautiful river walk in good weather. »
