'This property is extremely old and run down. We had a 2nd floor room and the stairs were scary. Some rooms have been renovated, but ours wasn't. Tub was missing the plug. No shades over two windows above the bed, so sunlight woke me up very early. Bathroom towel rack was broken so we couldn't use it. A dirty towel was hanging up when we arrived. Closet door handle fell off when I opened the door. Sheets were clean though!'

'We’ve stayed here many times over the years. The Staff was excellent and extremely polite. The pool was nice and clean however there was no towels in the pool room. And many swimmers. Also we had booked a room for 4 and there was only towels for 3 in the clean bathroom. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was very friendly. Things get missed and our stay was great. No complaints just helpful information for the management. Thanks again'

'Wij hadden dit hotel geboekt voor één nacht op doorreis van Yellowstone naar Crater Lake. De ontvangst aan de receptie was vriendelijk en vakkundig. Wij kregen een uitstekend advies over dinner-opties. Jammer was dat het eigen restaurant en bar gesloten waren vanwegr een privé-party. De kamer was ruim maar het bed was te zacht en het beddegoed voelde synthetisch en dus niet koel aan. Het buffetontbijt was goed verzorgd.'

'Exactly what we expected. Super friendly host. Great set up for private enjoyment. To camp on the edge of a dry lake in the middle of nowhere is a truly unique and inspiring experience. We will likely do it again.'

'Excellent communication and an easy check in and out. Host really goes out of her way to make a happy guest. My only comment would be the beds are a bit stiff. That’s a personal thing and would not deter me from coming again. I also want to add that as small as this place is it gives a larger feel and is very comfortable. '
