'this was my partner and i’s first trip together for our 2nd anniversary. we didn’t really know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The EarthHouse was such a cozy environment, it made us dread leaving. We loved the ambient lighting and unique decoration!! They also provided a book with guidelines for the EarthHouse, as well as pamphlets of places to go nearby! 'Lovely older house that’s is well maintained and decorated. Comfy beds and lovely linens. Neighborhood was quiet. Enjoyed front porch swing and patio set on deck in evenings. Will stay again when here for art retreat or classes.'

'Charming, quaint, quiet, historic cottage, roomy and well-furnished, with great deck off kitchen, good for summer evenings. A good option in M.Point for proximity to Gov Dodge SP. The flight of stairs connecting floors is a little steep and there is a step down from the 2 bedrooms to bathroom on second floor and a step up from the front room off the street to the rest of the first floor. This could be a challenge for some. Less clutter and shades on bedroom windows would be good.'

'The house worked well for us and our dogs during our visit to Middleton. It was nice having the fenced in patio area to let the dogs out, and the can with the bags to pick up after the dogs was a very nice touch! Everything in the house worked well and it was in great condition. We enjoyed our stay!'

I have been commuting from Chicago to Madison for at least one overnight a week, for about 4 months, and about a month ago I saw The Dylin listed on Expedia. It isn't a "hotel" in the sense that it does not have staff on site for check in or to assist with luggage, parking, food.
