« Nice location friendly staff »

« It was Sunday evening and we ordered a soup and a salad (only one of each)in the dining room. It was an hour before they arrived . No explanation . We were told an old fashioned wake up call was scheduled but it never came. We had a very early appointment in Pottsboro which we made on time anyway. not the expected service for sure. »

« Beautiful well maintained large marina, beautiful lobby area, our room was nice. Right near State Park. In the park if you’re traveling with kids is a wonderful playground and beach area.. »

« Room was comfortable and clean but was a bit short on maintenance. Mirrored closet door was off its track. Plug-in receptacles were loose and worn--barely held the plug from falling out. Hard to find place with all the construction going on. Signs at road weren't illuminated. Check in was cordial and helpful. Breakfast wasn't anything to brag about. »

« Worst experience in a Comfort Inn Hotel. The hotel smelt bad (sour carpet). The room was dirty and the bathroom was dirty Breakfast was the most awful breakfast I ever experienced. There was an hour left of breakfast There was no breakfast left I asked if they were cooking any more biscuits and the lady shrugged her shoulders and said no There was no toast no bagels The lady making breakfast was either lazy or they had completely ran out Left a complaint for management to call me ...
