'We really enjoyed the location of this house. It is right on the lake, easy to get to. Dock is shared. Only downfall is kitchen is not well equipped. We rented the whole house, ground level and upper level, plenty of room then for all 16 of us. Don't know if I would like having some else staying above though, even though you can lock stairway on both sides. Could be noise factor then of hearing footsteps above you. 'We held our family reunion, The Coghlan Chaos 500, at this amazing property; it was perfect for all the fun and games we had organized for this 4-day party. It had anything we needed, a grill, a griddle, 2 refrigerators and even a nice 30-cup coffee pot. Great place for a large group! The family had a wonderful time fishing and swimming off the large dock. It was one of the most beautiful Verbos we have stayed in over the years!'

'Very nice house, we loved the access to the pond- my husband and son spent so many hours catching and releasing. It was a rainy weekend for us but that's okay, the kids were still able to enjoy the pool! The house was perfect for all of us. Definitely recommend!'
