« Wow! 100/10. A fantastic stay… Samantha and David are great hosts of this cottage. True farm setting with goats, chickens, turkeys, pigs, rabbits, kittens and a dog. Very comfortable interior, spotless and well decorated. Great pastries upon arrival and surprise fresh baked cinnamon rolls our first morning. We felt welcomed and at home. The Green Cottage Farm is highly recommended and we will definitely return. »

« GREAT location! My band was on tour and had a show in Lawerence. Looked for a VRBO and found this gem only 2 blocks from the bar we were playing at. Spent the day walking up and down Massachusetts St. We found lots of cool shops, the best coffee/bakery place directly downstairs and an unreal restaurant where we indulged in all the food including pie. Perfect place. Exactly what we were looking for and needed. We would love to go back to Lawrence and would definitely pick this place again...

« Great location and property. The only suggestion would be to have a mirror in the bedrooms to make getting ready easier when there is more than one person. »

« Great location! Convenient to downtown and all of Lawrence. I used to live downtown so I know about the trains. Yes you can hear them as it clearly states in the description. We actually liked the rumble of the trains after the horns. Home is great with everything anyone could need. Great courtyard that I imagine in the spring is bloomed and beautiful. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. If trains bother you don’t stay here but if you know Lawrence you know this is a great...

« Had a very enjoyable stay. Easy access to the property. Jay was good at answering questions we had. We enjoyed the hot tub. However, it was a little difficult to get the top open but that's on my end. Great selection of spices and amenities. Bring salt and pepper if used regularly. Also bring Toilet paper just in case :) The shower was nice. The beds were comfortable. If your short like myself using a stool may be necessary. The one power recliner doesn't lift all the way at the feet, but the...
