'A True Step Back in Time – Unmatched Old Florida Charm!Rating: 5/5 StarsIf you want to experience authentic Old Florida, look no further than the Island Hotel & Restaurant on 2nd Street. Built in 1859, this historic building oozes character from every creaky wooden floorboard and thick tabby wall. Staying here is less like booking a standard hotel room and more like stepping straight into a living history museum—with all the warmth and hospitality you could ever ask for.'

'Everything was there that was needed and some extras. Remember there is limited parki9ng in this area so try not to bring extra vehicles because with the boats and jet skis the overflow lot fills up quickly. this is convenient to the boat ramp and quick trip to Dog Island. Love the place!'

'Small, cozy and just what I needed.'
